• HobbyLedger does not provide financial advice or guaranteed appraisals.
• You are responsible for the content and accuracy of records you create or publish.

Account responsibilities

• Keep account credentials secure and current.
• Do not abuse public endpoints or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use lawful content and respect third-party rights in shared gallery materials.

Availability and changes

• We may update the service to improve security, stability, and usability.
• Rate limits and anti-abuse controls may be enforced to protect service quality.
• Planned and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

• To the extent allowed by law, Persimmon Software LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
