HobbyLedger is operated by Persimmon Software LLC. We collect only the information needed to operate collection tracking and account workflows.

Data we collect

• Account data: full name, email, password hash, and verification status.
• Collection data: collection settings, item metadata, notes, and optional value fields.
• Operational data: event telemetry and salted/hashed IP values for abuse prevention and service reliability.

How we use data

• Provide account authentication and collection/item workflows.
• Enable optional public gallery pages when explicitly turned on.
• Maintain service health, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse.

Sharing and retention

• We do not sell personal data.
• Public gallery output includes only data from collections marked public by the account owner.
• Data is retained only as needed for service operations and legal obligations.

Your controls

• Export account data from in-app export endpoints.
• Request deletion by contacting support from your account email.
• Manage public/private collection settings directly in the workspace.
